"Our meal was great and extremely fast. Manoli was an excellent server. He was quick, polite, and attentive. The food had generous portions. If we had any complaint, it was that the food was just slightly saltier than we liked it. But that may have been a preference thing. We would still gladly return!"

"We had a great experience at Bocas Grill Orlando. The food was genuinely delicious, and the service kept pace—attentive without hovering, which is always appreciated. We made reservations, though it didn’t seem strictly necessary since there were seats available. That said, better safe than standing awkwardly at the host stand pretending you’re totally fine waiting. The menu is nicely balanced: plenty of options without requiring a thirty-minute strategy session to decide. There were five of us, all ordering different dishes, plus a few sweet treats at the end. No complaints, clean plates, and even some leftovers—which is the universal sign of a successful meal. Drink options were plentiful, including cocktails, and no one felt neglected in that department. The atmosphere worked well for everyone, too—indoor seating for those who run a little cold (you know who you are), and outdoor seating for anyone who prefers fresh air and people-watching. Bottom line: everyone was eating, everyone was happy, and the evening was thoroughly enjoyable. I’d definitely dine here again."

"I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the food was very bland. I ordered the lomo saltado, and having had great lomo saltado before, this was definitely not it. It lacked flavor and was overall disappointing. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. Our server, Vanessa, was absolutely amazing. I shared my concerns about the food with her, and she handled everything with kindness and professionalism. She was attentive, friendly, and truly made the experience better despite the food quality. I was hesitant to try the churro after the meal, but Vanessa encouraged me to give it a chance and even brought it out. I’m glad she did because the churro was actually very good. Vanessa deserves major props for her excellent service and positive attitude. Unfortunately, while the service was great, the food just wasn’t worth returning for."

"I had high expectations after reading the reviews, but the food blew those expectations out of the park!! Honestly up there with the top 3 dishes I’ve ever had in my life. The shakes were to die for. Our waitress was amazing, very tentative, sweet, and helpful when it came to understanding the menu as this was our first time there. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars."

"We are visiting Orlando for a few days and chose Boca because of its atmosphere, food, and drinks, which did not disappoint. The Venezuelan food was delicious—this was my first time trying it—and the mojito was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by the service. Our server, Kayla, did not come across as warm or hospitable. When I asked a few questions about the menu, there was an uncomfortable pause and a look that made me feel as though I should already know the answers. When she did explain the items, it felt rushed and as if it were an inconvenience. Later, when we requested to-go containers and the check, the containers were brought promptly, but we waited approximately 10 minutes for the check to arrive. While we truly enjoyed the food and drinks, the service left much to be desired. If we return in the future, we would likely order our food to go rather than dine in."
