"I knew they were extremely busy since the line was very long, and I was okay with waiting. However, after standing in line for about 20 minutes, I still had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my coffee and donut. The donuts are very sweet—especially the French toast. The Sandy Beach donut was also sweet but still delicious. Are the donuts tasty? Yes. Are they worth a 45-minute wait? Personally, no. There are other donut shops that offer comparable quality without such a long wait. That said, I’d like to give kudos to the girl who made my coffee. She was clearly doing her best to help every customer and keep things moving. Meanwhile, another staff member—with blush doing most of the talking—was extremely chill, chewing gum and chatting like it was happy hour, not a line that wrapped around the block. 👍"

"There's so many flavors to choose from, including seasonal ones. They have keto friendly, gluten-friendly and vegan doughnuts too. There's a ton of flavors you can add to coffee. Patient, kind and quick employees and a good amount of parking. I'm glad I gave this place a try. I love trying new doughnut places and I'll be back."

"The donuts were good not great. Definitely a bit of sticker shock when a dozen donuts came out to 37 dollars before tip. Service was fine but found it odd the tip options at checkout for putting donuts in a box were preset at 22%, 24%, and 28%. Also the floors were very sticky and I walked in 15 Mins after opening so cleanliness may be an issue. Would not recommend. Better donuts can be found elsewhere in Orlando 👍"

"Parlor Donuts is hands down the best donut shop I’ve ever been to. Anna is absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and welcoming every time I come in. The donuts themselves are on another level. Normally donut places aren’t worth the price, and most donuts taste okay at first but go stale the next day. Not here—these stay fresh and taste phenomenal even the second day at home. The flavors are incredible, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff truly make the experience special. Definitely my go-to spot for donuts!"
