"i adore the kitty beautiful! the staff are so friendly and i like how all of the safety precautions and rules are explained right off the bat instead of having me try to figure it out by myself. everything was communicated well and i thought it was cool that i could bring my food and drink order into the cat cafe. i appreciate that they serve food at all! i've been to a few without food/drink before. the cats are lovely and they have a large area to play. i came in right as the cafe opened, so a lot of the cats had energy while some others were napping or sunbathing. they didn't bother the food and were happy to run around and play. there's a great selection of toys and multiple places to sit. food and beverages were good too! i'm vegan and most things were veganizable on the menu. i got the cutest grilled cheese in the shape of a cat with an order of tomato soup! the cat-shaped bread was actually adorable. the coffee was creative and delicious as well. all cats are adoptable, so if you're looking or considering adopting a cat it's definitely worthwhile to stop by and check out the different cats to see if you click with anybody!"

"OMG this was the most amazing experience. The owners were so so so nice. They were very hospitable, I had 8 kids and 2 adults in my party and they were so nice and gentle with them. They gave a little info about cats for the kids to know when we get in there which I loved. All of the cats were well groomed, clean healthy and loved to play! They are very good with kids. I recommend to go here. And the best about this place is THE CATS ARE ADOPTABLE! worth the visit!❤️"

"We visited The Kitty Beautiful and were absolutely thrilled by the staff being so warm and knowledgeable about the kitties. We spent a good long time interacting with the cats and discussing with the staff. They were able to teach us so much about their temperaments. We ultimately decided to adopt little Pongo! The transition has gone better than we could've ever hoped for. He was welcomed into our home so quickly and adjusted at break neck speed. As you can see, he is getting along brilliantly with our other animals. Thank you to The Kitty Beautiful for being an excellent space to find the perfect furry fit to a family."

"We got our two cats, Zora and Merry, during a visit to the cat café, after careful consultation with the passionate café workers. They knew every cat’s personality and had a strong hunch these two cats would be able to warm up to each other after we took them both home. And they were totally right! Our sweet new cats add so much to our life and they bond more and more each day. Big shout out to the very thoughtful staff for making the experience stress-free and super fun."

"This place is such a gem in downtown Orlando. It’s a little tucked away which adds to the level of intimacy for people wanting to have a nice cup of coffee. There are two sections to the cafe: The front bistro area, and the back play area. For small fee (which goes back into the cafe’s resources), you play with the kitties that are looking for homes. You can take your drinks in there with you (but I’m unsure about food)… The staff is SO NICE! Everyone I met there was incredibly hospitable and patient. It’s a peaceful atmosphere, even with a bunch of kitties roaming around. If you’re sensitive to sounds and crowds, this is a great place. I am very anxious in those situations and felt at ease. The reason for my visit was with a hope to find a new sibling for my cat, Dahlia, who lost her older brother a year prior. It was time. I had the hardest time choosing between a female, Delta, and a boy of the same age, Enzo. Honestly, I went in with the intention of a boy… but with the help of the staff, educating me on the personalities of the kitties, my heart settled on Delta. They didn’t rush me into the decision at all, but were delighted and supportive of my choice. At the time of this review, Delta had been home for a week and is getting along with Dahlia. It’s an all-female household, and I couldn’t be happier."
