What People Are Saying
from Google"I like this cafe. It reminds me of the cafes where I grew up on the coast of New Jersey in the 80's. Checkered tablecloths, booths and tables, lots of colorful artwork on the wall for sale. The owner is at the grill making everything she cooks by hand, with love, everything. No heat and eat corporate food here. No mishegaas. It smells delightful inside because the grill is within view of the tables. Love that. The owner's daughter frequently waitresses and can tell you where everything is in Ormond. Very fair prices, nice and clean. A delicious place to eat and it provides a touch of nostalgia for Jersey transplants."
"Not sure what happened. We’ve been here about a year ago and everything was great. Today it was a totally different place. Home fries were bland and undercooked. Fries went from normal to basically hollow processed fries. Omelet was tiny. Very disappointing."
"Old fashioned American style restaurant. Food was great and waitress was good. Restaurant's walls are decorated with local artists' paintings, which are for sale."
"Food was yummy, decent prices. No wait on a very busy Saturday morning when everyone was checking out from hotels. I think a lot of people are passing up a good spot."
"Not a large place, but we were able to walk right in and sit right down. The food didn't take long to arrive. Service was decent and the prices were fair."
