"Amazing experience at Neighborhood Scoop ice cream shop! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We tried the butter pecan scoop in a waffle cone and a double chocolate milkshake - both were absolutely phenomenal! The homemade ice cream flavors were rich and delicious, served at the perfect temperature, and had great creamy consistency. They have so many gourmet flavor choices in their display case and give generous scoops. The shop has a fun, family-friendly atmosphere with cute decor. This local ice cream parlor definitely deserves more than 5 stars! Great dessert spot - will definitely be back for more treats!"

As a community we need to be appreciative of folks willing to invest in our little town and get an amazing milkshake or ice cream in a chocolate dipped waffle cone! It’s centrally located and near many dining options. Perfect for an after dinner snack. There’s a small counter inside and a nice seating area on either side of the shop. Perfect for enjoying a delicious ice cream treat in the cozy tropical setting. There’s a wide variety of flavors as well as non dairy options."

"Always a good time for ice cream! Neighborhood Scoop has been our go-to ice cream place whenever we are at Ormond Beach. They offer good flavors and the price is reasonable. I had the Cookie Cheesecake and Baja Chocolate! Yum! Parking is limited but there is a public parking across the street."
