"Le Bilboquet Market is an absolute gem and the perfect addition to Palm Beach’s culinary scene. From the moment you step inside, the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere transports you to a chic gourmet market — beautiful marble counters, thoughtful displays, and that effortless French flair. The selection is outstanding: premium Petrossian caviar in various sizes, luxurious smoked salmon, artisanal jams, honeys, chocolates, and an array of high-end groceries that make it impossible to leave empty-handed. The pastry case is a work of art — gorgeous tarts, macarons, and fresh breads that look straight out of a top patisserie. They also have a fantastic grab-and-go section with beautifully prepared sandwiches, salads, and savory items. I tried the Cajun Chicken Sandwich, and it was fantastic — perfectly spiced, juicy chicken with great flavor and texture, on excellent bread. Everything feels fresh, high-quality, and thoughtfully curated. The coffee/tea selection is spot-on for a quick café stop. Whether you’re picking up provisions for home, grabbing a gourmet bite to go, or treating yourself to something special, this place hits all the marks."

"I had the tuna it was OK, but I thought it very pricey. We had the half a pound container and also the sandwich we also had the egg that was tasteless a salad that said it was Romain lettuce and all it was was arugula. I took it back. They did credit me but if I had taken that home and not opened it there I would’ve got home and had arugula instead a Romain lettuce !!!The best thing of all was the chocolate cookie flour free it’s a small place to eat just two tables with maybe four seats at each table so it’s mainly a carryout"

"⭐️⭐️ 2 out of 5 stars My girlfriend and I, as local residents of Palm Beach, were excited to try the newly opened café Le Bilboquet Café on the island. The space itself is beautiful—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully decorated. The presentation of the food and pastries is equally impressive, and the staff could not have been friendlier. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not match the elegance of the atmosphere. We ordered the Cajun Chicken Panini, a vegetable quiche, an egg-yolk frittata, and a chocolate pastry cake. The clear standout was the chocolate pastry: the chocolate was rich and exceptional, and the filling was truly delicious. If anything would bring us back, it would be that dessert. However, the rest of the food was disappointing. The Cajun Chicken Panini, despite looking appetizing and being served on very good bread, simply lacked flavor. The seasoning didn’t complement the chicken or blend with the rest of the ingredients, leaving the entire sandwich surprisingly bland and underwhelming. The vegetable quiche contained very few vegetables and did not resemble a traditional quiche in flavor or texture. The biggest disappointment was the egg-yolk frittata, which tasted more like hardened scrambled eggs than a proper frittata. Overall, while the café excels in ambiance, presentation, and service, the food—aside from the chocolate pastry—fell far short of expectations. As locals who were genuinely looking forward to a new dining spot, we left feeling let down. With improvements to flavor and recipe quality, this café could shine, but for now our experience was a 2 out of 5."
