"Seven Brew has been my ultimate favorite place to get drinks, whether it’s coffee or their energy drinks. I’m a regular and almost always order the same drink, rarely switching it up, because when it’s made right, it’s amazing. Unfortunately, lately my experience hasn’t been as consistent as it used to be. Over the past few visits, my drink has been made incorrectly more often than not missing ingredients, added flavors I didn’t ask for, or something just being off. For the past two nights in a row, I’ve also noticed employee cars sitting in the drive-thru line, not waiting on an order, but instead with employees grouped together in the car or the car sitting empty. Even after getting my drink tonight and running to a store passing 7brew i still saw them there with cars patiently waiting behind them. I watched the girl that was working at the time get out of the white passenger car to get in her car that was right behind the White car both driving around the building to go back in the line. Last night, when I went to pick up my drinks, one of them was completely forgotten. Most of the employees were gathered around a car, while only one employee was left to handle making drinks on her own. It was clear she was overwhelmed, and that wasn’t fair to her or to the customers. I truly love Seven Brew and want to keep coming back, because this place has been a go-to for me for a long time. I just hope to see better consistency, teamwork, and attention to customers moving forward, because I know how great this place can be when things are running the way they should."

"It was a gorgeous morning this morning in Panama City, I pulled up to the 7-Brew drive-thru, and the crew was ready to rock. They handed me my fave iced coffee, extra sweet, and I took that first sip – perfection 😋! The sun was shining, the music was pumping, and the day was looking bright! I wanna say a big thank you to Antuwan this morning, every time I come in the morning or afternoon and if he is there Ik my experience is going to be great. He always has a smile on his face and has an amazing attitude at 7-brew and he always makes my experience wonderful. Trust me, you guys definitely got me as a costumer for life❤️"

"I live fairly close to 7 Brew so I frequently visit. I love this location. Despite the music being louder than pretty much any other place and it really waking you up at 7 am, the atmosphere is relaxed and chill. The staff are personable, helpful and accommodating. I tried to create a drink flavor combo and they helped tailor the drink to my liking with no fuss or haste and gladly fixed it a few times until it came out just right. I’ve never had a bad experience with ANY of the employees but the guy who wears sunglasses and a hat and might be a manager and the girl who frequently works in the drive thru cashier area who told me once her family grows coconuts, are absolutely stellar! They have the best customer service personality! I wish I knew their names but they deserve recognition for how amazing they are at their job. They both know how to talk to customers and make sure things are done efficiently and correctly. I’ll continue funneling my money into these delicious coffee drinks and amazing customer service. If you’re looking for a drink recommendation, the iced cookie butter latte with oatmilk, scoop of toasted marshmallow and caramel drizzle is delicious. Perfectly sweet with that coffee taste. And the iced Georgia Peach green tea with kiwi is SO refreshing. Perfect for a midday pick me up."

"This is my first and last experience with this company. Customer service training is needed here. Too many people wandering around and not seeming to really help each other out. Line was super long on both lanes and it took at least 15 minutes for me to get to the front to be able to get my order. The girl that waited on me was friendly but she also waited on two other cars that were there after me before ever coming over and acknowledging me. Then when I got to the front, and she was waiting on a car over on the side of me, the girl at the window yelled out to her there was a coffee ready for her to take over there. Why didn't the girl go ahead and take it over there to help her out instead of just standing there? A couple of girls got excited about a car that was behind me and went over to start talking to the person in the driver's seat. Customer service and a little organization training would make these run a lot smoother."

"Just want to shout out to Serenity. She had great attitude, very patient and helped me with the menu. It was my first time trying Seven brew, and I’m instantly in love with it. Definitely coming back for more drinks. I love what you guys are doing, great working environment and insanely quick."
