"The place is beautiful lacks enthusiasm I had the Greek omelette came to me dry and cold. My wife had a breakfast sandwich which she loved. My daughter. Enjoyed her eggs. The drinks were great. The employees are dry not welcoming. Don’t say much. You get a cold feeling there very quite you want to make it start hopping get people that welcome the customer and are friendly and social first time there we will try again but if I’m going to spend 65 dollars for breakfast I have a lot of choices typically I spend over a 100 dollars on breakfast I have 5 kids and wanted to try somewhere new with my wife and daughter good luck with the new business if you don’t change the way the store interacts with the customer you will be closed soon just a suggestion."

"We had been waiting for Crema Gourmet to open for a long time and they finally did. The place was decorated very nice and has a great atmosphere. The staff is great. They are all very professional and are very attentive to all of our needs. The food came out very quick and was absolutely delicious. We have been there a couple of times since they opened and they have not disappointed us. The only complaint is that they automatically charge you a 15% Service Tip charge, and if you are not paying attention to the sign next to the machine to pay, then you will be adding another additional tip, which is fine if that is what you want, but the cashier should always remind customers that the 15% fee was already added to the bill. Overall, the food was excellent and we will be coming back soon."

"Crema Café in Pembroke Gardens is a nice spot with a cozy atmosphere and good quality coffee. The cappuccino was well made and tasted great and the café itself is a pleasant place to sit and relax or catch up with friends. The menu is varied, and the service is excellent. That said seven dollars for a cappuccino feels a bit steep. While the quality is there the pricing makes it harder to justify as a regular go to spot. Overall it is good but slightly overpriced. A solid option if you are already in the area just be prepared for higher prices."
