"The Rex Cafe is a really cool space in Pensacola. A really well designed space that is elegant and upscale feeling, and a space you'll enjoy sitting for a long spell with coffee and maybe a good book. However, wow, the prices will make it not a good place for an every morning coffee stop. Prices for a regular size black coffee are 25% higher than already high-priced coffee at that chain coffee shop where the Star shines, and the coffee costs big Bucks. As a local it won't be my regular morning stop for that reason."

"My wife and I were on vacation in Pensacola and stopped by this cafe. It has a great vibe, the staff was super friendly and attentive, and the prices were extremely reasonable. Not to mention that the brewed coffee, latte, and muffin we had were excellent. Definitely a place to visit if you are visiting or a routine hangout if you live there."

"High quality coffee. You can tell these beans are specialty beans. They are roasted correctly. The profile is right on. The brew time, sizing and water temperature are correct. I am impressed by the care taken in the coffee selection and roasting. Most coffee places have over roasted stale flavored beans that require cream to compensate. Here the coffee profile is outstanding and the cream compliments the coffee. The oatmilk is name brand high quality as well. Outstanding."

"Each time coming here it has gotten better than the last! This side of the center street, Palafox, is quieter and less busy. The reformed theatre space fives a vintage authentic space. Lots of seating in several areas of the venue. Drinks are well made with well sources beans, and the craftsmanship is exceptional as well."

"The Rex Cafe is amazing! The vibe is great, the staff is friendly and the coffee is delicious! Definitely try the Biscoff Latte, it tastes just like the cookie! I wish I lived in the area so I could go again. If I’m back in Pensacola in the future I will be making a stop at Rex!"
