"Only thing good is the coffee and pastry. Waiting for pickup and being ignored by 4 people working. They took a new order from a walk up couple after I was there waiting to be acknowledged as my order was siting there. I finally yelled for someone to acknowledged me and the window was opened the whole time so I know they can see me. I guess my 10% online tip wasn't enough for them. I always do 20% but to pour coffee I'm not. I've been in the food industry for over 20 years and I would fire these girls."

"Only reason I would say it is overpriced is because of the quality of the coffee is so bad. Watered down! There is no reason to pick a flavor because they all taste the same. Just watered down! I know I keep saying that but man! we had 6 different flavors... The wait time was not understandable. 25 minutes for coffee and we were the only ones there is crazy. If you need help just ask! Time management and quality checks need to be done! I will try it again just to see if anything changes in 3 months."
