"Come on guys, do not hesitate. Just come here. This is the only kava bar with reasonable prices nowadays. The kavatenders are all experienced and know their product. They operate quickly and efficiently and are super easy to talk to. A 20oz flavored kratom without ice runs $6 during happy hour and they basically have an all day happy hour. Everywhere else you would be paying at least double AND parking for a similar product. In Wynwood, you pay triple. Honestly, screw Wynwood, that place is absolute overhyped garbage. The music is excellent - they play 90s rock and grudge. I write this as I'm listening to black hole sun. If you live West Palm, North Dade, or anywhere in broward County, this place is definitely worth coming to."

My all-time favorite servers are Joy and Tosha. They’re both so personable and we always have wonderful conversations. Their warm smiles and genuine care brighten my visits, and they even take the time to listen when I need to talk through things. I especially want to mention how much I appreciate Tosha—she always made my visits extra enjoyable. I’m really bummed that she no longer works during the times I usually come in, and because of that, I don’t visit as often. She’s such a bright spot for customers, and I’d love to see her here more. Joy is equally fantastic—she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy and always makes sure I’m accommodated. Both Joy and Tosha truly make this place special. 💙"

"I’ve been a loyal customer at Chillers for over a year and have spent well over $10,000 here. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the new manager, Joy, was extremely disappointing. Instead of appreciating my loyalty, she pressed me to make a purchase after i established what i was going to buy with the other kava tender. I felt more like I was being pressured than valued as a customer. It’s frustrating when a place you’ve supported so heavily suddenly treats you like just another sale. If this is the new direction under the new management, it really makes me question whether it’s worth continuing to bring my business here. I love Tommy, Crystal, Taj, and everyone else that works there. Always been amazing. That place represents good vibes and energy to me, but Joy has made the experience the opposite of that. This is the 3rd time shes had something to say negative, while we sit to enjoy our lunch break."
