"Lester’s Diner is the real deal – a classic South Florida institution since 1967 that delivers exactly what you want from a great diner: hearty portions, delicious food, and that welcoming retro vibe. We stopped by the Pompano location for a late breakfast, and everything was spot-on. The menu is massive, with all the classics – fluffy pancakes, crispy home fries, perfectly cooked eggs, and those legendary oversized coffee mugs that keep refilling like magic. But what really took it to the next level was our server, Patti! She was an absolute superstar – friendly, attentive, quick with recommendations, and just genuinely warm. She remembered our order without missing a beat, checked in at the perfect times, and made us feel like regulars even though it was our first visit. Patti’s energy and smile turned a simple meal into a memorable experience. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in every interaction. The food came out fast and hot, portions were generous (we left stuffed!), and the prices are super reasonable. Clean, comfortable booths, great atmosphere – it’s everything a diner should be. If you’re in the area, near the airport, or just craving classic American comfort food, head to Lester’s and ask for Patti if you can. She’s the cherry on top of an already fantastic spot! "Ainhoa, Angelica and Juan were absolutely amazing. They were so patient with me and helping me order. Also, they made sure I was at the right restaurant to pick up my order or it would’ve been somewhere else. I’m not sure if this is a corporate office or someone owns this KFC but they should be recognized for their kindness."

"After hearing this place being mentioned 3 different times in one week by different people I decided to give it a try for Sunday breakfast. It did not disappoint. It is such a nice diner. The staff are super helpful and friendly and the food is good! Jazmine was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. I ordered Lester’s big deal it was good and plenty of food we will definitely be back!"

"10/19/2024 Very jumping location parking was very tight full of ppl. We were seated quickly and a server came right over who was very nice and had an upbeat spirit. She quickly took our order and our food came out very quickly.... The portion of food was good for a breakfast meal we were very pleased with out whole experience we would definitely go back if we are in town again.."
