"I paid for a take out order (just a Coffee) and even added a tip. I waited 20 minutes, and they skipped my order number. After that nonsense long wait I had to ask why they did skipped my number three times for a Coffee? , and the guy in the back answered, “I don’t know, I’m making another order…” lol. So I said it's okay, but got to go to work. And the lady say sorry, They didn’t even refund my money. So they kept my money and never dispatched the order because apparently it was never even intended to be made... Lost my time, money and got no Coffee... I had to leave because I was in a hurry to get to work after such a long wait for a simple coffee, so basically they can just keep your money. Not recommended at all. Not professional, not good costumer service."
