What People Are Saying
from Google"As a passionate coffee lover, I was genuinely excited to try 7 Brew for the first time. I typically stick with Starbucks or Wawa, but I’d heard the hype and wanted to give it a fair shot. My husband and I each ordered a coffee, and we picked up two small milkshakes for our kids. The total came to just over $29, which felt steep but we were hoping the quality would justify the price. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. The coffee was shockingly underwhelming bland, watery, and lacking any depth or richness. Honestly, I’ve had better coffee from a 7-Eleven gas station. For a place that markets itself as a premium drive-thru coffee spot, the flavor and quality just didn’t deliver. To make matters worse, our kids didn’t enjoy their milkshakes at all. They were overly sweet, with an artificial aftertaste that made them hard to finish. For the price, we expected something far more enjoyable. Another issue: the music blasting through the drive-thru speakers was uncomfortably loud. It made it difficult to hear the staff and added unnecessary stress to the ordering experience. A more relaxed, welcoming atmosphere would go a long way in improving the overall vibe. All in all, this was a disappointing visit. Between the high prices, subpar drinks, and chaotic environment, we won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a satisfying coffee experience, I’d recommend sticking with tried and true favorites like Starbucks or Wawa. Save your money 7 Brew just isn’t worth it."
"Love there 7Energy Drink Sunrise. Drive through was fast didn’t know there was long line behind me. Staff are amazing and sweet. My new coffee shop… Sorry Dunkin 😜 P.S. love the music you guys 👌💚"
"Went to try 7brew this morning. Was a great 1st experience. Very welcoming people. Answered all questions I had prior to ordering being it’s the first time I’ve ever been to one. Didn’t take long at all to get through their line and got drinks quickly. I ordered an iced mocha with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream. Was VERY good. It was gone before I got home. They even gave me a duck!"
"Went tonight, and first time. They were handing out free t shirts to everyone, assumed we would get one. Apparently it’s only if you order a large drink and they’re not informing customers? I would have purchased larges to get the promotion. Even asked to buy a large drink after the fact, no letting me order again, no offering a shirt. Just a blank stare. Didn’t even get straws. Thankfully I keep extra in my car. Good atmosphere. Good music. Good drinks. Good prices. Just work on customer service."
"I usually love 7 Brew and always enjoy their drinks. The workers are super kind and friendly, and my past visits have always been great. However, today was a bit disappointing. I waited about 40 minutes in the drive-through, and when I got to the window, the girl with the brown hair, blue skirt and nose piercing didn’t confirm my order. She handed me a Blondie, but I had ordered a banana bread Blondie. I noticed caramel drizzle at the bottom, which I didn’t ask for, so I gave it back. It was clear they gave me someone else’s drink. She said they’d make a new one, but everything felt really disorganized and behind. The drink also did not taste how it should. I even overhead one of the workers said, “this is what happens when we’re understaffed.” It just felt unprofessional and not like the usual 7 Brew experience I’m used to. I still want to shout out the guy manager from a previous visit though. He has long hair and a mustache, and he was super kind and made my experience great that time."
