"It was our first time there. We ordered their matcha with strawberry cold foam and americano. The matcha drink wasn’t bad, but they use matcha syrup, not powder. Their americano was good. The service was subpar. The barista was not friendly. The atmosphere was nice."

"We planned to dine in. However after barista rudely told us he closes in thirty minutes, we decided to enjoy our coffee at another restaurant. It was 4:05 and the sign said they close at 5 on Sunday, but I guess he just wanted some extra time to clean up. It only gets worse because when we ordered he would refuse to listen to us. If we ask for sugar and cream in a drink he would defiantly tell us "it comes with sugar". So we stopped trying to add sugar or cream to anything. It was obvious he wasn't us wanting to add to our drinks.It surprised me he was willing to do this back and fortht with each individual one of us and he did. My sister's drink was too bitter, so we had to stop somewhere to get sugar for her to fix it. If only that barista would've put it in their like she asked. My coffee was actually amazing though!!!! Which made the bad experience a little better. I know that this is not the company operates just how he operates so I will try a different foxtail perhaps and stay away from him. Bad service is a deal breaker to me no matter how good the food is"
