"Worst place we had ever lived at and wanted to share my honest review to deter others from living here. First day we were here we saw bed bugs, flying termite infestation, spiders, and roaches everywhere. When we reached out to the manager for pest control she said they don’t do that and we had to pay out of pocket to have someone come out to do pest control. The trailer is unlivable and honestly probably isn’t considered legal to rent out to anyone. There are multiple spaces in the front doors that let in bugs and rain pours down our doors when it rains. (I’ve attached pictures) Plumbing is horrible, the rubber seal on the bath drain was broken when we moved in so water doesn’t drain unless you hold the rubber drain plug by hand, carpet hasn’t been changed in what looks like years, full of dog hair and horribly discolored. Wiring problems with the electricity. The flying termites ate my kids wooden bed frame, and his wooden table. There were no doors on any of the bed rooms and the front door had multiple dents like it has been kicked in previously . Feral cats roam the apartment complex and destroy your cars and personal belongings, my husbands jeep tire cover was destroyed by the cats putting their claws into them, the manager didn’t care when it was brought up. And the bed bugs were so bad me, and my two kids, one who is a quadriplegic would wake up with welts and bites all over us and the manager couldn’t care less. She said she was going to demolish our trailer after we moved out so I’m sure she was aware how bad things were to begin with but just didn’t care about the real human beings living there. I’d hate anyone to move here not knowing just how bad things are. We moved from another state so we moved blindly and trusting the word of a stranger. The manager is rude and talks down to you, she’s only in it for money and doesn’t care about the tenants who live there. Don’t end up like us; consider moving elsewhere. This place is run by slumlords and slum managers. And in my opinion isn’t suitable living conditions for anyone. And lastly she doesn’t do background checks on anyone living here so you don’t know who your neighbors are and the neighborhood doesn’t feel safe at all."

"I would not recommend this park to anyone…. If you are in this park be careful…. As some people believe Cheryl can be nice…. In the beginning that’s how it seemed she had things fixed in the one Trailer when Eddie was around and when she hired the new kid but after that things started to change when we moved into the second trailer….. we had to move due to my husband losing his job. Before that she offered to move us into one of the brand new trailers cause they are redoing the whole park….Had to say no cause we couldn’t afford it anymore….she told us right before we left she would give anyone a good recommendation about us…. Boy was that a LIE! And when we asked her to fill out the form as we were trying to get into a new place, we were going through a realtor and the realtor had simply told cheryl how to fill the form out… Instead of Cheryl sending back to the realtor so we can sign our consent to send it to the place, she sent straight to the place without us even signing for it. wrote nothing but nasty things about us which was un true to the fullest. We thought we left on good terms with her but I guess we didn’t. But I definitely know when she sent that form I didn’t consent to anything which makes it totally illegal and from what I read she can get into a lot of trouble… so like said be careful……"

"I have recently moved in and it's been wonderful. It's very quiet. I love my mobile home. Cheryl has been wonderful. I haven't had any issues."

"We are being evicted.I went for treatment in December partner fell ill we fell behind, Cheryl and I spoke and she said she was ok as long as we give what we can ! I did so ,over half due ,two deaths,step son and now partners brother, would Not work with me, I asked for numerous repairs fell on deaf ears, clearly states on the 2 DAY NOTICE AFTER LIVING HERE THREE, PAID RENT ON TIME JUST GOT LITTLE BEHIND 3KBUT DID GIVE $$ MOLD , SOFT FLOOR, TERMITES,NO HEAT, CHERYL ALSO SUPPOSED TO HAVE DONE A BACKGROUND CHECK 100$ EACH NEVER SAW IT TOOF LEAKING AND NOW GET OUT,As well as 8 other families! Our trailer at 522 is deplorable at best as well as several others. Cheryl property Management let the cat out of the bag.Stated that 8/10 trailers will be demolished. Now we know.even if trailers are fixed ,demolished, the management and the owner cons DO NOT RENT DM ME IF NEEDED"
