"This place is the candy land of ice cream! So clean with beautiful decor. Staff are super friendly. The ice cream... so many different flavors of ice cream. It's the new Baskin Robbins 31 flavors; but WAY better! I had the key lime ice cream. I've been looking for that flavor forever! It was amazing. They have an ice cream called trash can; 7 popular chocolate bars mixed in. My husband loved it. Highly recommend checking this place out. I'll never go anywhere else to satisfy my sweet tooth. Get there! You won't regret it!"

"If you’re anywhere near Floresta Blvd in PSL, do yourself a favor and stop by Sweets and Scoops! This place is a gem. Even though they’ve only been open for about 8 months, they’ve already nailed it with both flavor and service. The ice cream is insanely creamy, the portions are generous (check out that double scoop!), and the cone with rainbow sprinkles is a fun bonus. The shop is super clean, colorful, and has a welcoming vibe. You can tell they really care about making each visit special. Can’t wait to come back—this is easily one of my new favorite spots!"
