"Nice large Hawaiian themed cafe with lots of tables, comfortable chairs and a couch. Their music plays very softly unlike most Starbucks that blast their music. There is outside seating also. The coffee is Hawaiian. My dry cappuccino was very well prepared. I had a delicious sugar/cinnamon donut. They also have light breakfasts such as egg bites and egg sandwiches, bagels and other sandwiches. Highly recommended. Very relaxing cafe."

"First time visiting. Overall a great first impression. The service was friendly and professional. The barista was even kind enough to accommodate my odd request (an iced latte, but hold the ice - I wanted to bring it to someone who was about an hour away, but didn't want it watered down). The lattes were perfect. Very smooth, no bitterness. The location was super clean and well-lit. The merch was displayed attractively. The atmosphere felt a little... antiseptic? Cold? Sterile? It wasn't unwelcoming, I just didn't feel like it was a place I would want to stay at while enjoying my coffee. It wasn't bad at all, just a less cozy vibes than I prefer."

"The coffee and food here is phenomenal. The staff here are also some of the best in the industry. Julia, especially, was really helpful and great to chat with. She likes to chat with customers while preparing the drinks and food and help make your day better as much as possible. While I have been coming here since it opened, I would never go back to a Starbucks as the hospitality from the staff and manager Danny are unmatched! "I’ve been a Starbucks girl forever and truly never thought I’d stray… but since moving here in July, I’m fully addicted to Bad Ass Coffee. I go at least four times a week, and it’s honestly the highlight of my day. The coffee is consistently amazing, I always get the cold lava cold brew, but what really keeps me coming back is the staff. The girls behind the counter are so warm and welcoming, they all know my order by heart. Julia is my favorite barista and always takes time to chat, is so sweet to my kids, and especially loves my dog. Whenever I show up I am genuinely happy to walk in, it's not just a place to grab a drink and leave. "Stopped into Bad Ass Coffee in Sarasota and ordered the Bad Ass Mocha! hands down one of the best coffee drinks I’ve had in a long time. Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Even the ice cubes are made of coffee, which makes it even better instead of watered down. Absolutely delicious and worth every sip!"
