"If your business hours state up to 4 pm and I show up at 3:30 pm asking for a coffee, I expect it to be in a cup as I am using the30 min to enjoy a nice hot cup of coffee. If i wanted a plastic cup to go i would go to Starbucks. They gave me a plastic cup, which I have a problem with. When I asked them about it they said, that because they close in 20 min they won’t hand out regular cups anymore. Are you serious? Just because they are too lazy to clean up after doors closed they offend the customer by lack of quality service. I spent $7 for a plastic cup. They took away my experience!!Unacceptable!"

"After an odd question for such an establishment as would you like sugar in your cappuccino, I didn't know what to expect, so I asked the girl if she can make me a cappuccino that tastes good without sugar, and yep, she delivered an impressive cup, very smooth flower honey notes. I asked for another one with different beans, and I got the one that tasted like dark chocolate with a hint of strawberry. Impressive beans and execution. Thank you! It was the highlight of my trip!"

"Love the re-design. This place was already good, and they made it even better. Happy to see when a company re-invests in itself. Coffee is great here. The croissants are delicious. Feels like a good spot to hang out, have your coffee, and make room for others to come in. Only tip I would give is to put a few trash bins out. Not sure why there were no visible bins around to dispose of items."

My wife ordered the wild ham and swiss sandwich, which is served on cinnamon french toast. She begrudgingly shared only 1 bite with me because it was so good"
