What People Are Saying
from Google"This place has genuinely good coffee from someone who likes more traditional styles like cappuccinos (no not 12oz like you cavemen like haha). I understand these other reviews about the owner and his personality but that’s just how the guy is. He’s not trying to be rude. I would definitely come back. This is actually my new favorite coffee spot. They also have really good art for sale and all of the walls."
"Cute place with good - though limited - offerings. The owner is extremely rude to his staff, very insulting and humiliating, and he also is consistently rude to customers. He had a woman working hard and doing a great job and berated her in front of a full lobby. Everyone’s faces registered shock at his rudeness. I won’t be interested in going back. Unthinkable bad manners. Go somewhere else. The owner has anger management issues and no respect for customers or staff. I hope his employee finds a job where her excellent service and work are appreciated."
"It's a small coffee house, but the coffee and muffins are excellent! The espresso is A+ and the drip coffee is fantastic. Organic half-and-half. . They tell me it's local beans and the people are the nicest.... nice vibe to go along with great coffee!"
"Bean Coffeehouse is a hidden gem that serves up some of the best local brews in town, all while fostering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Supporting this small business not only helps the community thrive but also treats your taste buds to delicious, handcrafted coffees that are worth every sip!"
"The Bean has a lot of potential — it’s a cute spot with a nice atmosphere — but the customer service is consistently terrible. Every visit feels like you’re inconveniencing them by spending money there. We’ve given it multiple chances over the years, hoping for improvement, but the drinks are always off and the service even worse. If you’re in the Village, you’ll have a much better experience grabbing a coffee at Mojo Rising or even the Mini Donut Shop. Unfortunately, The Bean would be last on our list for coffee stops in the area."
