What People Are Saying
from Google"It is rare that I dine in a place where there is nothing negative about it or ways they could be better. From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, it was 100% one of the best restaurants experiences I've ever had. (And I've lived and visited all over the world on nearly every continent!) The menu is broad and delightfully difficult to make a single decision. It was well organized, and everything was described in such a delicious way! Our meal started with Dolmades, which were tender and meaty... so savory and delicious! For my main meal, I went All-American and had the corned beef reuben sandwich with coleslaw, fries and a pickle. It was exquisite! Most places have the toast a little too buttered on the outside of the bread, but this one was absolutely perfect... toasted and not greasy at all. Our family of 7 were greeted as well during the meal by what looked like the manager/owner. He was warm and welcoming. The server was also attentive and friendly. Overall, it was probably the best dining experience I've had in Spring Hill. It's a shame that they have limited hours. More people in our community need to experience this restaurant! It is certainly one I will be frequenting! You should, too."
"Decent food. Good food prices. Breakfast had large portions. Took half of mine home. However, bring cash - they charge 3.25% on top of your bill for credit/bank card use. It was also very loud inside. So HOH may have a hard time communicating - we did go on Saturday morning at about 1030 am."
"Stopped by for lunch. It's such a cute place. Very cozy and clean, lots of hometown charm. The staff was so welcoming and sweet and it's family owned. I ordered the turkey club on rye. It came with fries, a pickle, and a little slaw. The portion was huge, so I had plenty to take home. The club was fresh and tasty, but the real standout for me was the fries! They were very hot, super fresh, and absolutely delicious. They recommended I dip the fries in a side of tzatziki sauce...chef’s kiss, so good! Will be back and happy to support a local family business vs my usual pub sub."
"I'm not sure if it was just a bad day, but I don't plan to come back. I ordered the turkey club with a side of fries and onion rings. It took a long time for the waitress to take our order and check on us again after dropping off our drinks (about 10 minutes). When the club came out, I took one bite and spit it out. The lettuce and tomato were old and squishy and tasted terrible. The turkey was black in some spots and mostly gray. It tasted so bad I couldn't eat it. The pickle was overly acidic, and the coleslaw was gray, squishy, and old. The waitress said she would take off the club, but still charged us the side of fries that comes with the club meal. I understand that, but as a previous owner of a restaurant and a former chef, I would have comped the entire club meal or just charged for the onion rings. When I checked out, the host at the front was very short with me. He didn't ask how our meal was and didn't apologize for the bad meal we were just served. No accountability. No hospitality. Nothing. I have felt sick to my stomach since I left this morning. They definitely didn't take care with our food. Very disappointing. Cute atmosphere and small town vibes. The waitress Diana I think her name is, was very kind. That host was barking orders at her the whole time and he didn't do anything besides walk around and acted like he owned the place."
