"I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more reviews—because it’s amazing! Foxtail St. Augustine is truly a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The coffee? Absolutely delicious, rich, smooth, and full of flavor. You can tell they take pride in every cup they serve. Even though the location isn’t on the most noticeable corner due to nearby construction, don’t let that stop you, this place is worth finding. Once inside, it’s beautiful, clean, and full of charm. There’s also plenty of parking, which is always a plus in St. Augustine! The customer service was top-notch, friendly, attentive, and genuine. My kids ordered ice cream and they LOVED it. Whether you’re looking for a quiet corner to read a book, catch up on some work on your laptop, or just enjoy a great cup of coffee in a peaceful space, this is the spot. Foxtail is definitely on our list of favorite places now. Don’t miss out—go check it out and thank me later!"

"The girl working was very sweet, but there definitely needs to be more than one person working. As the orders took a very long time, and she seemed quite a bit overwhelmed. The food tasted very stale and old, maybe would have been better if it would have been heated up or offered to be heated up. The drinks we ordered tasted terrible, and we watched as just water was added to them, which seemed odd. Again we did not want to complain. We just wanted to try this coffee shop out, but I can say that we probably will not return just due to the drinks being terrible and the food not being any better and like I said, I think the employee working was doing her best but being the only one there and it looked like she had a ton of milk, all laid out on the counter to stock plus a pretty full café. It was too much for one person."
