"We loved our experience here and are so glad we found this spot. We frequent St Augustine, and go with the goal of trying as much as the city has to offer. Each time we visit a new coffee spot. We are often rather disappointed in the coffee quality at a lot of the places in the area. So we were pleasantly surprised and thrilled when we took our first sips at Southern Grounds. DELICIOUS! Finally a good cup that’s not watered down and not too sugary. The perfect blend!!! Service was also outstanding, and the food was crafted to PERFECTION. "This was my favorite Southern Grounds location. The courtyard with a fireplace is cozy and inviting. After lunch, we walked over for some hot chocolate and coffee. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Even on a busy Saturday, they were welcoming and made our experience in St Augustine memorable. My friend enjoyed his hot chocolate so much he almost contemplated about getting a second one lol. Part of the charm was the location & ambience combined with great service is why I gave this location 5 stars!"

"Soft Rock and Good Coffee. What else could you want from a coffee house. The turmeric latte and coffee were both well balanced. The blueberry cake was also good. A little dry but delicious. This area has a lot of great coffee shops and this is just another one."
