from Google"We were looking for a quick snack before our visit to the Lightner Museum... what we found was a great little cafe with delicious food. The "Jaws" breakfast sandwich was made with high quality ingredients, tasted great, and was a very generous size! They also had a great coffee selection and many creative food items. We'll be back."
"A nice hangout place for coffee and food. The service size is generous. The food is fresh and tasty. Most visitors might be hungry or thirsty, yet they would linger on to enjoy the artwork, even to purchase an bring home some interesting art pieces."
"Easily top coffee shop in St.Augustine! The cinnamon bun latte with almond milk is my favorite. I also really love their lavender matcha made with almond milk. Good is also super good! Breakfast sandwiches are 10/10 and filling. I like a traditional bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel! My favorite part is the atmosphere itself. Everyone is super nice, it’s got a homey warm vibe. And the best part is there’s tons of beautiful colorful artwork to check out!"
"With such high reviews we had very high expectations going into Sweetwater in St. Augustine. Upon entering, we were very excited with many delicious options for bagels and coffee. For the coffee we got a honey latte and a Banana chai. For the Bagels we got the Elvis bagel and the Jaws bagel. The coffee was just okay, the flavor wasn’t that great and they completely forgot the syrup in the honey latte because it was just milk and coffee. The Jaws bagel was delicious and I highly recommend it and the Elvis bagel was good too but it was overloaded with Peanut Butter. I’m a big Peanut butter fan but this thing was covered in it to the point where it was disgusting because it was all over our hands and made eating the bagel unenjoyable. Overall, just try the Jaws bagel or one of the others and skip the coffee and you’ll be alright. Additionally, upon reading some of the reviews, there is talk of a rude and weird employee. Not sure if we experienced the same person but the older lady on the register was very slow as well as weird and awkward."
"Great little place right by the college which seems to be a local favorite. This cozy little cafe may not have a lot of space inside, but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in flavor. I can see that it’s a local favorite for good reason, the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and made with care. The owner seems personable and able to accommodate requests. They have some amazing coffee flavors! They definitely beat any chain coffee place in town. This place also hosts lots of cool artwork on the walls that can be purchased that adds to the unique atmosphere. It can get busy during peak hours, but it’s absolutely worth the wait."
