"Arctic has literally changed my families life. Not only does the cold plunge have so many mental and health benefits but the team coaches you through every plunge & the team has become like family. The facility is the cleanest I’ve seen and they take pride in that. The environment is so Positive everyone is friendly and feels more like an oasis. We’ve brought our entire family even the kids who say they have the best hot chocolate in town! We just got married and arctic came to us on the Beach so our bridal party and guests could start the day off right I’m still getting compliments how much everyone enjoyed it. Hands down 15 out of 10 and Alex and alix are the nicest people around you won’t be sorry and will feel the best you have in a long time! Plus the coffee is incredible!!"

"I absolutely loved my first visit to Arctic Bath and Coffee! The location was very clean and welcoming. The soft lights and decor inside helped add to the relaxing atmosphere. Mira was so helpful and knowledgeable and led me step by step through my first cold plunge experience at Arctic Bath. I loved that they provided gloves, footies, warm towels and a plush, warm, soft robe for my first experience. The generous cup of warm caramel latte made by Emma was delicious and soothing after my plunge. I would recommend Arctic Bath to relax, recover or rejuvenate- whatever you need. My only regret is that I not discover this location at the beginning of my stay in St.Pete. I would’ve loved to have visited more. But- I will definitely 100% be returning in the future! "Look no further, this is the best place for sports recovery, good laughs, and great coffee. Alex is incredibly kind, she makes you feel like you can do anything! Emma always makes yummy coffee and is always so welcoming! I’ve been coming here for almost 6 months, the reason I came was for knee pain from working out. I’m not joking when I say, no more knee pain. None! Arctic not only helps completely relieve my aches and pains, but the mental benefits are just as great! "Love Arctic Bath! I did my first cold plunge a few months ago and have been going back every few week since! The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The coffee and tea are amazing (they even have decaf). I love the towel warmers, gloves/boots, and knowing that when I walk in I’ll be greeted like a friend. They have made cold plunging so enjoyable that I really don’t want to go any place else. If you’re thinking about definitely give them a try, it will be beyond your expectations.
