"We ordered a pizza, chai tea and a turkey sandwich. For the good: the location is spot on. For the bad: pretty much everything else. The pizza may have been the worst slice of pizza I have had in the last decade. It should have been thrown out hours earlier, but they sold it to us anyways. The tea was served so hot and was bitter. The person making the drinks didn’t k ow what they were doing, and it shows. This is on management/ I’m sure somebody called out sick and this person was clearly not trained. The result is a $6 drink that was not drinkable. The turkey sandwich was very good, and is the only reason this isn’t one star. I wish the house made chips were less salty as they were not enjoyable. All in all, I would bypass this place at all costs if there is a line. Pastries looked great- if you just went for a dessert, I think you would be happy."

"Great pastries and lattes. Clean and bright inside. Outside there are small tables with great people watching. Don’t get a hot drink if you’re in a hurry. The service was pleasant enough but If they moved any slower they would be going backwards."

"This counter order quick serve restaurant is a perfect grab and go off its more formal sister restaurant next door. They appear to even have some of the same items on the menu. I ripped into the Italian Hoggie and found it to be outstanding. The chocolate chip cookie was solid, and the latte decent."

"I have no idea how people gave this place lower ratings. The baked goods at this spot are out of this world. The croissants are perfectly layered and baked to perfection. The service may be a bit slow sometimes when there is a huge line, but that is to be expected when there is only one or two people working. Always great food and coffee. The only negative note I could possibly make about the place is the atmosphere. They only have a bar seating at the window, and outdoor seating. In Florida summer, that is not ideal, but not unlike most people in the area."

"Don’t waste $ on lattes, regular coffee, and drinks They don’t even add shots in the lattes. It’s just syrup when you order iced latte. Literally, they just put syrups and milk since they don’t even use the coffee machine to make them. I saw other clients throwing the drink, the next door restaurant is good; however, the market (drinks) is very disappointing."
