from Google & Yelp"Driftwood Roastery is one of my favorite spots in St. Pete — easily one of the best places to get kratom, settle in for some work, or meet up with friends. The vibe is always relaxed and inviting, with that eclectic, creative energy you only find in places that genuinely care about cultivating community. The artwork alone makes it worth the visit — every wall has something interesting to look at, and you can feel the local heartbeat in every piece. It’s one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel inspired. I also love that so many local businesses leave cards, flyers, and offerings here. It feels like a crossroads of the community, a perfect pit stop on your way up or down Central, and a place where ideas tend to spark naturally. Great kratom, great atmosphere, great people. Driftwood is always a win."
"Wonderful little vibe in this place with God music choices and fun local art for sale on the walls. The coffee and hot chocolate we grabbed late at night was exactly what we were after with awesome egg chairs to chill the last of our evening. All gender bathrooms were also a nice touch."
"I absolutely love this place from the decoration and inside designing, to the friendly costumer service. I found a parking spot right in front of this place and the whole line of parking in here it’s free. You can park there for free for up to two hours. I got a croissant with eggs and cheese and it was delicious as well as their coffee who they press it there. The prices were excellent and if I lived there I will definitely go every day to work on my laptop since they have a nice environment inside."
"My mom and I just tried this coffee shop for the first time this weekend and it was absolutely amazing! Lovely seating indoors and out. They have some pastries and cookies in a window, but they also have a food menu. I tried the bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant and my mom tried the avocado toast - AMAZING! Our lattes were very rich and tasty as well. I highly recommend this place! The one thing that put me off was the automated tip percentages that populate after inserting a card.... The lowest was 20% with a caption that read "Bare Minimum". At 25% the caption read something like "We could do better". The highest was 40%. I would think any amount of tip is appreciated, so I am displeased with this culture of demanding/manipulating more from customers."
"I still remember the first day I came here like it was yesterday. It was yesterday. I was served by a woman named Reagan, who resembled a goddess of light & wonder. Her service was like the night sky: as glimmering in its perfection as it is distant in its presence. She kindly poured me a double and allowed me to get some work done, before we struck up a conversation, and like lightning our words were as electric as the wide selection of outlets at Driftwood to plug in my electronics. 11/10 currently writing this review as I sip on kratom at Driftwood again"
"Great vibe, really good coffee and the Kava selection was impressive too. I would certainly return"
