"Great little coffee shop with delicious bakery products. The lattes and flat whites are good. Unfortunately they only had one staff member on before 9 and this caused a long line but she was still pleasant and went as fast as she could. A second person cane in at 9 which made it better but there should have been 2 staff before then to avoid the long wait."

Served us in closed to-go containers, even though we were clearly dining in. I appreciate an outside of the box gluten-free breakfast sandwich option though - hash brown & sausage sandwich. The waffled buns are a blend of shredded potato and egg."

"Foxtail Coffee in North River Ranch is not the same place it used to be, and that is a shame. When Sebastian was here, this shop was firing on all cylinders. The drinks were always spot-on, the store was spotless, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. He carried himself with pride, treated every customer like they mattered, and set the tone for what this coffee shop could be. Since he’s been gone, the difference is night and day. The drinks are inconsistent, the energy is off, and the attention to detail that made this my go-to spot has disappeared. The whole vibe feels flat. Why in the world would you not do everything in your power to retain such an amazing employee? Sebastian was the kind of person who made people want to keep coming back. You guys really messed up by letting him quit, and it shows in the drop in quality and service. Foxtail had something special here, but unless management turns things around, it’s hard to recommend this location anymore."
