"Tucked in the corner of this combined business/residential building in the growing Carillon area is this magnificent little cafe. We’ve been here several times now and fortunate enough to meet one of the owners, Matt, a couple of times. His obvious enthusiasm for the art of coffee really shows, not just in his acts, but in the quality and inventiveness of the drinks they serve. By far the best coffee shop for actual coffee in Pinellas County, and maybe the Tampa Bay Area. Try the Caffe con Miel, my personal favorite, or a deceptively simple flat white for the coffee to shine through. You won’t be disappointed."

"They are passionate about coffee, food, and creating an inviting atmosphere. They source and roast some of the best beans I have ever had! Their decaff tastes like real coffee, not watered-down or empty tasting. On top of all of that they also sell high quality coffee station equipment, pour-over to espresso tampers. Oh! And if they don't make the food themselves they support local companies, from the baker to the sandwich guy. You need to try the sandwiches!!"

"This cafe is delightful. I typically order a cortado everywhere I go, but upon recommendation I ordered the cafe con miel and it is my new favorite. They use the perfect ratio of sweet and savory. The Cuban sandwich was delicious and the drip was ripe, fruity and floral. The seasonal sweet potato latte is flavorful and not overly sweetened. They feature indoor and outdoor seating, which is shaded from the Florida heat. The style and decoration is thoughtful and cohesive. Excellent service."
