"I had the opportunity to stop in and try Ology for the first time while I waited for my husband. Lots of seating inside with an additional outdoor patio in the back. The employees who were there were welcoming and very knowledgeable. Every beer they recommended was on point and the coffee was incredible! I’ll be back. 10/10"

"I recently visited Ology Brewery at 2910 Kerry Forest Pkwy Unit 8, in Tallahassee, FL. I had a good time and experience at this place. I sat at the bar counter and looked over the beer menu board and found a few I might try. I discussed with my bartender and I picked out a couple to try. The place is very clean and spacious. I have been there several times since."

"This has to be hands down the biggest Ology that I have been to here in Tallahassee. I know of three of them, and all of them are great. Coffee in the morning until 2:00. Some of the best brew in town. I used to have them pour me a cup, before I would go to work next door making Pizza. They make really good beer,it's amazing. I have not tried there liquor or food YET. My bartender was named Austin. He was very kind and highly informative. He was working with a big, burly guy most likely the manager, stocking new: merch, drinks, chips, and more. Today I had a stout called ,"Mama Ruth". It's named after the candy bar Babe Ruth I believe he said. It has sweet hints of chocolate and something else amazing. The place is huge and most certainly make a GREAT function or dinner meeting spot. Hey, do you want a birthday martini party I am sure that they could accommodate you wishes. Most of the food and drinks that I saw were made by them. It will be well worth the time to travel up Thomasville Road. Everything that I like had an Ology type of product. Their Vodka looks clear and perfect and I cannot wait to try the rum. Have a mixed drink, beer or some food. Your epicurian needs are most likely met here also. Hats off to Austin for making my day better in the heart of a big rainstorm. I'd recommend my friend's, family and strangers to come here. I'd maybe stop a few people on the street outside their door and say, " Ya gotta try this place right now!" You will like it. I can say that for sure. You have my firm word on that."

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While there was always others to serve (though it didn't feel overcrowded), the staff didn't make you feel rushed while answering your questions. As it was still early in the business' opening, they had a limited menu (turkey sandwich and bratwurst). Both items were delicious, but the brined turkey sandwich was phenomenal! I'd eat that turkey sandwich every time. The chips with the brat were seasoned well and I found myself sneaking some off of my husband's plate and I'm not a big chips person at all. My husband ordered the Ceteris Paribus beer. While he typically only likes darker ales (and wished they had more of a dark ale without fruity overtones selection), he did enjoy his beer. I had a mixed drink (I've forgotten the name already) and it was great. Had golden rum, lime juice, orange saccharum, brown sugar spices and bitters. Thanks, Ology, for a great night out! It's nice to have something like this on our side of town."

"Came by for their soft-opening night. Based on how smoothly everything went the future looks very promising. My sandwich and soup from the food lab kitchen was excellent. Lots of knowledgeable staff from the midtown and powermill locations that can guide you through their beer menu if you are new to Ology."
