"went to blind tiger at intl plaza today and had a really good experience. i got a small coffee and it was so good. the staff were super friendly and energetic and also really fast like there was barely any wait. the girl in the gray sweater drew little hearts on my cup which was really cute i think her name was kylie. it honestly made my day. the vibes were way better than the last time i came a couple months ago. the staff were so rude and so slow the last time. everything just felt smoother this time. def a big improvement and i would come back."

"i stopped by for a latte today (12/16) and this visit was so much better than last time. The vietnamese barista today was really friendly and had such positive vibes, and all the staff were energetic, happy, and fast. The drink was really good. This was very different from my visit last month when the baristas seemed so annoyed and like they didn’t wanna be there at all which really threw me off. Today completely changed my mind and actually made me want to come back. Also tried the coffee cake, pretty solid. They play good music today as well. Def deserves a 5 star rating just please continute playing The Weeknd music"

"I almost gave this place a 1 star last month because of a really bad experience with a red hair barista who was rude and seemed annoyed the whole time. she completely killed the vibe and was honestly the reason I didn’t want to come back to this location for a while. but i stopped by today for a matcha and it was a totally different experience. the drink was actually really good this time and everything came out super fast with barely any wait. all the staff were energetic, happy, and actually seemed like they wanted to be there. They even drew a bunch of hearts on the cups which was such a small thing but made it feel way more welcoming. today felt nothing like my last visit and it honestly changed my mind. seeing the effort from the staff and the hearts all over the cup and how nice everything was definitely deserves a 5 star review. glad i gave it another chance."

"Disappointing. I asked for an egg and cheese bagel and flat white. Coffee was fine. Not as good as in Ybor city, but ok. The bagel had egg, cheese (barely) and a “sausage” patty. I asked as I thought it might be wrong. I was told some have sausage (if you can call that patty that). I don’t eat meat, but Im not that bad, I pick stuff off. I sat down to take a photo to send to a friend for a laugh. Then the young lady must have seen and came over “I can remake it for you, if you’re going to give a bad review.” At that time I hadn’t thought of it though might have later on. I just wanted to send my friend a pic as we laugh at what passes for “food” these days, but if she insists… I asked if it would be the same as what I have now. “Yes but we take the patty off.” Which I already did myself. So what is the point. I eat what I could and laughed it off. But I was disappointed. Had a great experience here last time. Next time I will just go to Nordstrom cafe and pay a bit more. This place was great last time I went. But the worry wasn’t doing it right and making a happy customer to encourage further visits and a good review but just worried about a bad one. I think they can do better. I hope they read this and say let us up out game. It was great last time. This time. No. Anyway that’s my feedback. If you insist. Anyone can drop to Starbucks level. Not a high standard anymore but I think this place can be much better than this. I hope they get back to basics. Busy weekend or not."

"My first stop if am not late for work,The coffee is so good I keep coming back tried other coffee shops but blind tiger is the best for me my to go to is coffee is caramel latte or a cappuccino,they have a broad menu too,i love the pumpkin cake, service is fast,the staff are friendly and polite."
