from Google"1/31/2026: Not worth the social media hype! $56 for the following: Cuban Sandwich 10/10 🤤 Latin Dip Au Jus Sandwich 5/10 😒 Ham Croquetas 5/10 🫤 Coffee 7/10 😑 Guava and Cheese Pastry 5/10😕 The steak on the Latin Dip Au Jus was not like the pictures, was dry and not appealing. The coffee was not out of the ordinary, and not as strong as other similar bakery coffees. The croquetas were store bought, and not the good ones. The pastry filling was ok but missing the sugary coat on top. The bathroom didn’t have soap 🤢 so I hope the employees have a bathroom with soap inside. Then one of the coffee cups was sticky 🤢."
"Stopped on a whim traveling 75 south, thought would be fun to check out Ybor city for lunch. What a lovely surprise to stumble upon this great sandwich shop. Best Cuban I have ever had! Toasted perfection. Ordered the Tampa Cuban comes with salty, crunchy potato sticks . The addition of salami and garlic aioli make this sandwich next level. Relaxed outdoor patio shared w Nextdoor taco shop complete with giant connect 4 games and a roaming chicken, interior - ample tables and chairs with cute instagrammable decor. Order at the counter service for take out or eat in."
"Arrived to pick up a large order to find that Doordash (their online order platform) never sent them the order. Their employee, Sara, went ABOVE and BEYOND to get the order made, apologized profusely and made everything right. We are so grateful! The food was amazing and I will absolutely be back!"
"Cute sandwich shop on the outskirts of Ybor. Freshly made options for sandwiches, salads, flatbreads and even house baked focaccia. The Tampa Cubano was hot and tasty and the Latin Chef Salad was full . Would come back again."
"I was really craving a fresh sandwich and I usually go elsewhere but I wanted to try a new local spot so I decided to give it a try and when I walked in I was never greeted which is odd. They have ordering screens but I’m paying cash so I waited in line to be served. It seemed there was only one staff member running the entire place so I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking she might be stressed from online orders maybe since there was only one other person in the restaurant at the time waiting for their order. Maybe 10 minutes after I’ve been standing waiting patiently a couple walks in to order at the kiosk and I asked if I could be served since I’m paying cash and she reluctantly agreed. At that moment I decided to take my business elsewhere. I’ve worked in plenty food and beverage establishments so id like to believe I have some credibility to speak on the quality of customer service. Save your time honestly. Also wanted to add she seemed like she didn’t even know what she was doing because she said she didn’t know how to complete a refund for a client. 🤷♀️"
