"I was really disappointed with the iced matcha latte I got from Caffeine Roasters. The drink looked great at first, but the taste was off. The matcha was super bitter and didn’t blend well with the rest of the drink. The flavors didn’t mix at all, and it just wasn’t enjoyable to drink. I’ve had much better matcha lattes elsewhere, so unfortunately this one was a letdown Update: Wow. For a business that claims to serve “high quality,” your customer service definitely isn’t part of the recipe. If you can’t handle basic feedback without throwing a tantrum and questioning people’s “certifications,” maybe you shouldn’t be serving matcha or the public at all. And just a tip: A strong and successful business doesn’t insult its own customers online. Only insecure owners do that. But hey, thanks for confirming I won’t be spending another dollar there."
