You're all in your designated areas and they won't step in and communicate with each other about your order or what you want from the showcase be prepared to give almost $10 a cup of coffee it's nothing special but it's really convenient and decorative seasonal items . The pastries look like sweet artwork."

"This ice cream establishment does not appear to care about its customers. We placed our order and were instructed by staff to wait in line to pay. When we attempted to pay, we were then told to go back and wait in another line. We asked to speak with the manager, Sara, and explained that we were being sent back and forth simply to pay. Rather than addressing the issue, Manager Sara accused us of not respecting her staff. Our concern was about the disorganized, confusing process, and the equitable treatment of its customers. Management needs to properly train staff to handle customers on a first-come, first-served basis and to take orders and payment in an orderly manner. This establishment clearly needs better management and customer service training, especially instead of blaming customers who raise legitimate complaints."

"I make my wife take me here on the regular; specifically for these sweets. My favorite by far is the seasonal peach gelato and OMG.. I’m not ready for it to go away. Everything I had tried so far has been amazing. No complaints here!"

"They’ve got the best flavors of ice cream, lots of high end desserts that you can buy for birthdays or celebrations as the cherry on top! They are open a lot later than you would think! I believe I can over at 10 the other night and they were still open. I was surprised but happy I could still get ice cream that late 😁"

"What a disappointment!! The worst ever cappuccino. The cookie with the word gooey in the description was anything but gooey. Tasted like a Duncan Hines cake cookie. What is worse, when I confronted the so called Chef, he made excuses and never bothered to offer a refund or exchange even though I CLEARLY said it failed on meeting my expectations. Then went running off when I was still trying to speak with him. COME ON HARD ROCK. Get it together. I miss the Hard Rock in Mississippi. Much much better. The staff behind the counter all seemed pretty nice."
