What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"Noble Brew is a solid neighborhood coffee spot that gets the fundamentals right. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to stop in for a quick coffee or settle down for a longer visit. It feels local and unpretentious, which is refreshing in a city where many cafés try too hard to be trendy. The coffee is consistently good. Drinks are well balanced, not overly sweet, and clearly made with care. Whether you’re ordering a simple drip coffee or a specialty espresso drink, the quality holds up. They also offer a small but thoughtful food selection that pairs well with the menu, without distracting from the main focus: coffee. Service is friendly and efficient. Staff are approachable, happy to answer questions, and keep things moving even during busy periods. It never feels rushed or chaotic, which adds to the overall experience. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Seating works for both casual meetups and solo work sessions, and the vibe stays calm throughout the day. Noble Brew isn’t flashy, but it doesn’t need to be. It succeeds by being reliable, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable—exactly what a good local coffee shop should be."
"I was in downtown and craving a cup of coffee from a local spot, so I searched nearby and discovered Noble Brew, a recently opened coffee shop. I decided to stop by for hot coffee. As I walked in, I was warmly greeted by a friendly and welcoming lady behind the counter. She took the time to walk me through their menu, which featured coffee and cocktail options. I mentioned I was looking for something less sweet, and she recommended their Date Hot Coffee, which is lower in sugar. I ordered the Date Hot Coffee, and within a few minutes, it was ready to go. The coffee was delicious, smooth, and perfectly balanced, the right amount of sweetness for a morning pick-me-up. It was exactly what I needed to start my day on a high note."
"LOVE, LOVE, LOVE I ordered a Large Iced mocha caramel coffee with regular milk. As I was speaking with Safa (I’m so sorry if that’s misspelled) she recommended I try the red Kratom for my back pain (military injury). I explained I had tried the green kratom in the past and didn’t like it so I was nervous to because the I didn’t like the taste. She surprised me with this wonderful concoction of Peach Lemonade with Strawberries and red kratom. It was delicious. It hid the kratom so well. But still had that smooth mellow flavor that people like. I think I like the Kratom drink more than the coffee. lol. Atmosphere is 10/10 Staff is 10/10 , I got to meet and socialize with so many friendly people there. I would definitely recommend to a friend! (In fact I did) And the chocolate croissant was sooooooooo good. Nice light but delicious snack. & there’s a food truck coming soon!! "

"Great place! Friendly, helpful young lady behind the bar. The seats are comfortable. The music was perfect - loud enough to hear it but not too loud for conversation. The cold brew was perfect. Ample parking - seemed to have a back porch area with outdoor seating that looked nice, but we sat inside."
