"I just got a “grutado” whatever that means in Nordstrom ebar language. I just asked for espresso with extra extra ice and I paid $5 for it. When I asked for a little tiny bit more milk. The barista stated, his exact words “ you don’t get more milk” when I said but “I want more milk” he legit spilled it all over while pouring it on purpose. His attitude and his argument was the most rudest I have ever witnessed at any coffee shop or Nordstrom store ever in my life. I would be better off going to Wawa. It’s crazy how Nordstrom ebar is hiring people with zero abilities to serve a customer that shops at their store. His name was pablo for those who want to avoid this encounter in the future. What was a nice mall trip turned into a horrible trip because of people like pablo. Very upset at this experience."
