"The staff is always nice, but the food consistently takes 15+ minutes to come out, which is especially difficult for mall employees who are on limited breaks. There doesn’t seem to be much urgency in getting orders out efficiently. After waiting almost 20 minutes, I received my sandwich in poor condition, which was very frustrating. We genuinely love the food, but the long wait times have made us avoid this place altogether."

"Ordered 3 coffees, waited forever, they made one then came back about 10 mins later and asked what we ordered, proceeded to make the wrong drinks. Asked how many pumps but ignored it and added significantly more. Terrible attitude also basically threw the drink towards us, no smile. Didn't complain, but some dude apologised and said they're in training and apologised for the wait... But all in all bad."

"I would have liked the gingerbell latte better if it had been made without the actual pistachio pieces but otherwise, made with coconut milk, it was awesome. Some kid stole my daughter's muffin off the counter, right in front of staff who kinda shrugged it off, the guy behind the counter heated us another and gave my daughter a free cake for the extra wait."
