"I recently came here for a nice afternoon treat. Here’s what I thought. Atmosphere: The Salty is conveniently located in Hyde Park. It’s nestled right next to Kendra Scott. It’s almost hidden if you don’t know where you’re looking. They have a couple tables to sit inside at. Service: Everyone I’ve encountered here was so friendly and welcoming! They were out of espresso coffee when we were there so that was a little disappointing. Food: I tried their Banoffee Pie Donut it was so good. It was flaky, soft, and so good. I loved the banana crème on top! My husband had their Chocolate Sheet Cake Donut and loved it. Overall, we loved The Salty’s donuts and will be back for a nice treat whenever we’re in Hyde Park! @living.with.reg"

"Texturely, the donuts weren't how I like them. They were a little more doughier, if thats a word, and chewy then I like them, but they were still fresh. I also wasn't the biggest fan of the flavors. I had the guava and cheese, traditional glaze, the strawberry tres leches, brown butter and salt, the pistachio, and the banoffee pie. None of them were really a stand out flavor wise, besides the strawberry tres leches. If I recommend anything, I would for sure recommend that one. That one was pretty damn good that I bought two of them. Pretty pricey as well. I spent around $65 for 9 donuts.. crazy."

"Great quality and absolutely delicious donuts. The guava and cheese was the family favorite across the board. That icing and filling was top tier. The strawberry tres leche was the second favorite. We will be back for sure. The latte was also delicious."

"I LOVE this place! It’s a bit expensive so I won’t be coming here often but, it’s totally worth the price in my opinion. Each donut has its own unique experience. Close your eyes and eat it slowly! We got each one just to try and we all had our individual favorites! You can tell they are handmade fresh. The staff is wonderful; pleasant and friendly."

"I just went here with my dad, Mark, and we absolutely love this place! The croissants were delicious, the matcha was delicious, and the coffee was delicious! The baristas who served us were absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and friendly. The service was top tier, in my opinion, because the baristas truly want their customers to have good quality food and drinks. The atmosphere here is cozy, aesthetic, and comfortable—definitely instagram worthy. I would 100% come back here again next time I shop in Hyde Park! Thank you so much!!
