"I was advised to try this place for cuban sandwich since they had the best in florida. I have been cuban sandwich out since I moved to florida. I have tried ALOT of different places for cuban sandwich. So I did have a cuban here and it not the best in florida but it definitely a contender for sure. The sandwich was incredible. I also had chicken soup. It was delicious and the empanada de ropa vieja was a nice twist. I also had cafe con leche and it was very strong for me. Overall definitely recommend giving this place a try. Food was outstanding and great quality."

"This restaurant is a Tampa classic. Without a doubt I enjoyed my time there. The atmosphere was homey and nostalgic. The decor is simple with photos plastered on every wall displaying past visitors like presidents, athletes, politicians etc. I ordered the palomilla steak, croquetas, empanadas , maduros y arroz blanco. Everything was delicious. The palomilla steak was slightly over cooked but the dish was still great. Overall this is where the locals eat. There is nothing gimmicky about this place. The food is tasty and I recommend anybody to give this place a try if you’re in the West TPA area."
