"I recently visited Tarpon Social Club with my friend, and it was such a wonderful experience! We were immediately greeted with the warmest, most welcoming vibes—the girl behind the counter (who I’m pretty sure might be the owner) was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. She even asked what brought us in, and I told her it was all the glowing Google reviews I’d read. Spoiler: this place absolutely lives up to every single one of them! I ordered the brown sugar shaken espresso with whole milk, and it was perfectly delicious—smooth, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweetness. My friend and I both ordered a Kalimera croissant with ham (Boar’s Head, which I love), Havarti cheese, and egg. It was super flaky, fresh, and so tasty—the croissant paired beautifully with the savory fillings. Everything tasted high-quality and made fresh. The atmosphere is adorable and so positive! I especially loved the wall of prayers—it added such a heartfelt touch. There’s great background music that’s not too loud, making it an ideal spot to study or work (a few people were doing just that while we were there). They also have a cute outdoor section that looked inviting, though it was a bit too chilly that day to sit outside. Service was top-notch, drinks were made with care, and the whole place just has this cozy, uplifting energy. We’ll definitely be back soon—highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area!
