"This has quickly become one of my favorite places for breakfast ever! Excellent food for breakfast and lunch, caring staff and really affordable prices, you can’t beat that!!! They have the very BEST and fluffiest pancakes ever! I’ve brought several members of my picky eating family from all over Tampa Bay, and they all happen to agree with m; the pancakes and French toast are top notch some of the best in town!!! The coffee they serve is truly delicious and the refills come often which I truly appreciate.!!! I am very picky with coffee, and don’t usually care for the taste of regular coffee (so I put a lot of cream and sugar) but I can tell you Bayou Cafes Coffee is great quality and tasty enough to drink it black without adding things to disguise the taste. If you happen to live in Tarpon Springs or just come visit our beautiful small town, make sure you include this place on your list of local gems to try!"

"Where the locals go; a popular breakfast and lunch diner in the heart of Tarpon Springs historic district. Bayou Café is set inside of an old movie theater from the late 50s to the early 60s. It is very spacious and the atmosphere has a welcoming feel. There is outside seating as well. The staff is very friendly and attentive. And the food? Delicious. All four of us were very pleased! My favorite meal for breakfast, their biscuits and gravy topped with two eggs and hash browns on the side, put a smile on my face for hours. We look forward to returning."
