"I’ve been getting food from Bagel Bistro since around 2010. My sports teams used to order from here regularly, and the food itself has always been solid. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, the customer service has gone downhill fast. My orders are constantly messed up when I call in, and the staff often sound annoyed or inconvenienced just answering the phone. It’s frustrating because this place used to be reliable. There is one woman who has been there forever and consistently does a great job, but aside from her, the rest of the staff seem careless and unable to get orders right. At this point, I’m not sure I’ll keep going to the Tequesta location. The last 3 orders in a row have been messed up. This time I didn’t even get any cheese on my sausage egg and cheese. (I ordered a hangover helper which comes with all of those ) How do you mess that up???? Very disappointed in what used to be a local favorite."

"Reviewing again here - Bagel choice is so good - try the sun dried tomatoes & provolone with 'local loks' - coffee selection waa good & not toxic but very smooth! I did the Columbia + vanilla bean. A great local spot in a normal plaza"

"Solid place and they have gluten free bagels. I should give this 4 instead of 5 because they barely put cream cheese so if you go here just ask for extra on your bagel. Aside from that, great service and bagels. Cute bagel store ambiance."
