"My wife and I were the first customers in the store and ordered two oat-milk lattes. Four people came in after us, ordered food and coffee, and somehow everyone got their orders before we did. After waiting about 20 minutes, we were finally told, “Oh sorry, we have to remake them.” So not only were we ignored, but we also had to wait even longer because our drinks weren’t made correctly the first time. When you charge $20 for two coffees, the bare minimum is getting the order right — and getting it out before the people who walked in after us. They gave us one free coffee, but honestly, the service was bad enough that both should’ve been comped. Sad service, disappointing experience, and definitely not worth the price or the wait."

"Barista Reina made this gorgeous and delicious Orange-Rose Lemonade! I was stunned when she put it on the counter and it looked picture perfect! Then I tasted it and was taken back even more with how delicious it is! I asked her for a good recommendation since the drink I wanted was out of season, and she really put her heart and soul into it! I love how convenient this location is on my drive to and from work, and the baristas are always super friendly, kind, and understanding! They’re always willing to make helpful recommendations on drinks, and always give good advice on what would taste best together! The shop is always clean and organized, and the music is always perfect!"

"Santa's special was delicious. Topped with whipcream and dotted with cinnamon. The iced coffee was delicious and the atmosphere is so pretty. We cant wait to go back to try the Affogato and the ice cream flight!"

"Good coffee when you finally get it but the wait time is ridiculously long. I’ve been here a few times now - 40minutes waiting on 3 coffees the first time and I had to walk out a second time due to the wait time. One staff member juggling the cash register and making the coffee. I’ve never seen a coffee shop attempting to run a business with one person. The poor girl was visibly spread too thin, trying to navigate a never ending line up of customers. Mgmt need to hire and staff the shop accordingly."

"I have been coming daily for nearly a year and for the life of can't understand why there is only ever one person working. To be clear this review is not about the barista but it is about the management that thinks leaving a person alone to work is a sustainable way to provide good customer service. In the year I have been coming I have seen at least 4 people come and go which tells me the folks that work here are just as stressed as the customers waiting 15-20 min for a late. I love the coffee, but the service is down right poor. If you plan to go, make sure you have plenty of time to sit and wait watching one Batista serve multiple customers one coffee at a time."
