"Restaurant was clean and the 2 people working were friendly! The lady at the register didn't seem to know much about the menu when we asked a couple of questions but maybe she was new and had not been trained yet. The food (see pics) started off okay. My bfast sandwich was good enough. My fiancé's egg bowl arrived and as you can see, was not well made and tasteless. The bacon was under done and the sausage looked like it had been thawed, refrozen, rethawed and then microwaved. It was hard and dry. The tres leches was gritty and may have had too much vanilla or something in it. If we try it again, it'll be for their lunch. We badly want to keep culturally rich eateries here."

"Hidden Gem! This is a Chef to watch. We have dined here numerous times over the past few months for both breakfast and lunch enjoying a variety of their meals and desserts. Prices are clear and beyond reasonable with more than generous portion sizes. We have tried everything from the waffles, various breakfast meals, burritos, to the hot bar: pulled pork, rice & beans, plantains, chicken wings, & much more. Every meal has been beautifully presented and an absolute masterpiece of flavor. Meats juicy & tender, toppings fresh & crisp, rice & beans soft & fluffy, desserts big enough to share but taste too incredible to want to.. absolutely everything we have eaten here has left us eager to come back and see what creation this Chef has on the menu next! Additionally, they support other local owned businesses such as Black Cat Coffee using only the best roasted beans for amazing coffee!"

"We tried several things including beef and beef and queso empanadas, stuffed potato balls, a skirt steak sandwich, fried cheese with guava sauce, chicken cordon bleu bites, and finally the sorullo con queso. My favorite things were the sorullo con queso and fried cheese with guava sauce; they go so well together. I also enjoyed the empanadas. I was not a fan of the chicken cordon bleu bites or the stuffed potato balls. The skirt steak sandwich was good, but it didn't have enough meat."

"Where to begin on this, AV and his wife absolutely crushed and I mean crushed it!!!!!!! Decided to use him for the catering at my wedding and it was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning they took the time to make sure everything perfect, constantly communicating and making sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it!! On top of the incredible and I mean ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE food. Days and weeks after I still have family members and friends raving about the food they made. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did!!! If you want someone to go above and beyond for you on your wedding day or catering any event this is the place to go!"
