"I really liked the food. We went at 10:30 am and wanted an Italian sandwich, but they only serve them from 11 am onwards. We ordered a 3 classic sandwich because it seemed to be the only hot item the guy who served me said they had. We spent $36 with a juice, which I thought was a good price. They took a long time to bring my order, about 25 minutes, but otherwise it was very tasty and the place is cozy."

"Got the “Cherry on Top” iced coffee and the “Chocolate Protein” shake. Very nice outdoor seating in the shade and the staff were nice and kind. Protein shake was ~$10 which felt high and was the only thing that was ehh. Great overall experience. Would go back to study or get work done as it’s a quiet atmosphere with soft music in the background."

"I used to LOVE this place, but the service has gotten a lot worse over time. Recently my family went in to order sandwiches and bowls. I ordered the BLT with no avocado. 40! minutes later, I got a chicken club sandwich. I said I ordered a BLT and the server told me that a BLT is the same as a chicken club. I accepted it, looked at the menu, and discovered they are not the same at all. I flagged the server down again and she took it back and said they’d remake it. Honestly, we all make mistakes and I really wouldn’t have cared much, but after I told the server for the second time that my sandwich was wrong, the ENTIRE kitchen staff turned around to aggressively glare at me. Every time they passed me, they would sigh loudly. It made me feel terrible because I really, really didn’t want to be obnoxious- I just wanted my sandwich! Eventually my (fixed) sandwich came out and it was still wrong and missing things, but I didn’t want to make it even worse and just left. My sister’s bowl also came out wrong. It’s unfortunate because the quality of the food is actually great and it tastes good, but I was really shocked by the way that I was treated."
