"Had the best little work-lunch escape at La Tabla on Royal Palm Pointe today and I can’t stop thinking about it. Such good vibes, and the food was next-level fresh. I had the ahi poke bowl (so good!) and this super refreshing avocado cucumber dill gazpacho that honestly surprised me — light, healthy, and full of flavor. What made it even better was that the owner, Santiago, took our order. He’s from Argentina and was just the kindest, most genuine person — the kind of hospitality that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left. You can really feel the love and care they pour into the place. If you’re ever in Vero and craving something fresh and healthy, definitely go check them out. 🌿 I’m already daydreaming about a possible La Tabla x surfboard collab someday… how rad would that be? 🏄‍♀️🎨"

"Amazing food. Organic, super high quality and DELICIOUS!! We are very health conscious and concerned about quality of food. We have not found anything like this locally. Santiago the owner was so friendly and kind. The entire staff was very happy to serve us and made us feel completely welcome and comfortable. The juices were amazing. Everything even down to the oat milk lattes was second to none! You won’t be disappointed! Come and sit at La Tabla!"

"First time visiting this place and it is simply awesome. Instantly one of my favorite restaurants. Everything we had was very flavorful, fresh and super satisfying. The vegan acai bowl is simply delicious. The best I have had. It is super flavorful and it feels like all the fruits are super fresh. I got the polenta special and it was also awesome. It is served with mozzarella, a tomato and prosciutto on top of the polenta, a side salad and a piece of sweet potato. Everything about this dish was great. From the rosemary in the polenta that greatly elevated it, the salad dressing which was subtly boosting the salad flavor and the delectable seasoned sweet potato, everything in that plate was perfect. The staff is super nice and the vibe really chill. On top of this the food is incredibly clean, cooked with extra virgin olive oil and serving pastured eggs to name a couple of things pointing to that. I wish I lived close to this place."

"A friend recommended this place, and now I do too! Fantastic energy with a hipster vibe. The food is so fresh, the menu is super yummy and offers vegan and gluten-free options. I got the Green Greed smoothie and it was smooth and tasty. The power bowl was super fresh and delicious. I came in just as they were closing up (which I didn’t realize) and they were super nice and patient with taking my order. Very nice people and good fresh food."
