"I went to pick up an order for my daughter . The young girl @ the counter was confused and on a call. said the order was not ready until next Tuesday and was on the phone with my daughter. After leaving called my daughter and she was never contacted and the order was paid for. Had to call again and return back to Bakery X . Unqualified people who cannot manage the simplest orders should not be attending the public. When I went back, no apology. 0 for customer service. And put the large pastry in a bag instead of a box. A 38 dollars pastry in a bag!"
