"I am surprised at how high a rating this place has. For a 15% service charge I waited for several minutes at the counter to order. I ordered a latte (medium) and an avocado toast and added two eggs, this same out to $30 dollars which is not cheap. The food took at least 15 minutes to arrive and the coffee was not hot and looked (based on the foam, that it had been sitting around)I also don’t think it was good. I was not given sugar and had to ask for it, they gave me a half empty container with only two sugars, the rest sweeteners (one sugar sufficed but I wouldn’t call this good service) . None of the tables outside were clean and had plates from previous customers on them. The avocado toast was good but the greens on the side were wilted. I will not be returning."

"Easily One of the Best Coffee Shops I’ve Ever Been To I travel across the country frequently and love leaving honest reviews, and without hesitation, the Crema Gourmet Espresso Bar in West Palm Beach has become my absolute favorite. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere sets this place apart. It’s a stunning blend of tropical charm and farmhouse warmth that instantly makes you feel at home. The seating options are thoughtfully designed! Booths, tables, leather couches and my personal favorite, the impressive fifteen-foot family style wooden table in the back. Every visit, the space is filled with people working on laptops, meeting others, and genuinely connecting. It’s the perfect environment to be productive, relax, and enjoy some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. The smoothies are fantastic as well. I love that every time I come in, I’m excited to try something new from the menu. The chocolate chip cookies and carrot cake are must tries, and for breakfast, the fluffy pancakes and croissant sandwich are absolutely outstanding. What truly elevates this location to a five-star experience is the staff. Every single person I’ve encountered has been welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to be there. You can tell this team operates like a family. The manager, Paola, is truly exceptional one of the friendliest and most attentive people I’ve ever met in the restaurant industry. She takes the time to greet everyone and somehow remembers everyone’s name, which speaks volumes about her character and leadership. I sincerely hope ownership takes notice of the incredible staff, atmosphere, and workmanship at this location. I’ll continue to be a regular here and will enthusiastically recommend this Crema to anyone and everyone in the area."

I travelled out of town and this was a a shop I googled in the area, atmosphere was quick and the nice handsome young man named Vince serviced me and he was so kind and helped in what to to order, I ended up ordering a egg sandwich and a mocha frappe and loved it! will be returning hoping he’s there!"

"Beautiful spot, menu was good, and ordered the chicken sandwich and some egg sandwich. For being the only ones there, it took a while to get our food (didn’t mind bc we used the time for a meeting) and when the food came out it was missing something. We work in the industry so we know mistakes happen. The food was good and will be back to try different things on the menu."

"I just had an awesome experience at a new coffee shop that opened on Clematis! I tried their chicken club sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! I also ordered a feta omelette, which was decent, but I realized I prefer feta in smaller doses—there was just a bit too much for my taste. Not bad, though, just not quite right for my palate. The best part? The staff! Mathew and Alexis are super friendly and really make you feel welcome. Right now, I’m eagerly awaiting my breakfast sandwich loaded with crispy bacon, melty cheese, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato on a crunchy baguette. Can’t wait to dig in!"
