"I absolutely love Makebs and I’ve gone to several of your locations. I specifically go because you have the best bagels around and I’m from up north. But every Saturday I go to the market and I order an egg bagel, not toasted with cream cheese and butter. I live on Clematis Street so I bring it home with me and when I get back every single time it has no cream cheese. This has happened at least three times now. I pay extra for the product that I’m not receiving. I just got back from the market on 11/15 and this bagel had no cream cheese on it. I believe my order number was 443 today. Some of the girls at the market, they do know who I am since I consistently order the same thing."

"I ordered from the app, came in and no one was at the counter. I sat and waited for the order and when I heard what I thought was my order number I was redirected back to the counter gave the woman my order number and she rudely responded "okay, what is that? What is your NAAAME?" I told her she didn't need to be rude and that I already paid AND tipped on the app. She says back "I'm not trying to be rude". I get it's morning and it's during the holidays but I don't care to be treated like that. I will not be back"

"Makebs single handedly feeds my household probably 3/7 days of the week. You will see this place filled with every local on their way to work or at the green market. I can’t get enough of their Jalepeno cheddar bagels. They are the perfect softness and toast-ness to a bagel that I love and the spice of the jalepeno is just enough to replace the need for Chalula! I LOVE U MAKEBS"
