Even better, the owner himself was our server. He took the time to walk us through the menu, shared how he developed the recipes, and made us feel right at home. Most places have owners who float around in the background, but he was hands-on, passionate, and genuinely invested in our experience. That alone made the visit feel extra special. We sat outside on a perfect South Florida day, and between the sunshine and the steady stream of beautiful people walking and running along the Drive, let’s just say the name Thirsty’s couldn’t be more accurate. We came for smoothies, but the people-watching was a bonus thirst-quencher of its own. What We Ordered Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie With an energy boost added, this smoothie was fresh, fruity, and just the right amount of sweet. Smooth enough to sip easily but thick enough to satisfy. I hate when smoothies get stuck in the straw. This one was flawlessly blended and beyond refreshing. Mesquite Chicken Caprese Panini This panini was everything. I usually skip sides like that, but these were worth the mention. My Friend’s Order She got the Crisp Apple Smoothie and a Chicken Salad Panini that we couldn’t even find on the menu.
